Stay and Prices
- Minimum stay in winter: 7 days, minimum stay in summer: 3 days
- In general, we calculate a final cleaning fee of € 50,- for our Executive Apartments, € 30,- all other apartments.
- The fee for a cob and crib is together € 15,- a stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- The local tax is € 2,00 per day and person over 14 years. The local tax is not included in the price.

Check In - Check Out
- Our check-in time is 4 p.m. the earliest and 8 p.m. the latest. In the case you should arrive later than 8 p.m., we ask you to contact us.
- Check-out time is 10 a.m.

With us you may pay with EC-, credit card as well as in cash.

Conditions of cancellation
In case of cancellation the conditions of the Austrian Hotelreglement are applied (in % of the final price):
- By 3 months before arrival: 0 %
- By 1 month before arrival: 40 %
- By 1 week before arrival: 70 %
- In the last week: 90 %
We recommend a conclusion of an affordable travel cancellation insurance with the European Travel Insurance.
